Relationship Series Training

What? There’s a lot of talk about disciplemaking these days. But what does that really look like in everyday real life? If you’re interested in exploring what Jesus-like disciplemaking looks like in your world, this training is for you! In each of the following three sessions below, we’ll look at a non-negotiable for making disciplemakers like Jesus.

Session 1 Be a Disciple (D1)

Everything in life and ministry will try to pull you off the simplicity of following Jesus together.

Session 2 Who Makes Disciples (D2)

Following Jesus isn’t a subject to be mastered, but an infectious way of life that is lived together and shared with others.

Session 3 Who Make More Disciples (D3)
If those we disciple don’t make more disciples, then we haven’t made disciples like Jesus.

Each person will receive a Disciplemaker's Living Guide for living what you learn with others.

Unleash God’s Power in Your Relationships!

Love God.  Love people. Make disciplemakers. Indeed, life and ministry are all about relationships!  Developed by Cadre Ministries, this workshop takes you back to the heart of authentic ministry and life change— RELATIONSHIPS! More of a highly interactive learning experience than a passive workshop, you will encounter these sessions and learnings:

Session 1
No Relationships = No Ministry;
Know Relationships = Know Ministry

An out-of-the-box learning experience will get us started and explain why relationships are the heart of ministry—and God’s mode of operation for impacting and changing the lives of those in our ministry!

Session 2 God-Powered Relationship Skills

Learn the biblical motivation for building relationships.  Learn the three key relationship skills for connecting with the heart of others.

Session 3 He That Hath Ears—Let Him Hear!

A listening experience you will never forget—and be able to use in your life and ministry to build relationships.

Session 4 CLEAN UP Messy Relationships

Learn to use God's relationship cleaning supplies.

In addition, each participant receives a training manual complete with practical application pages, follow-through ideas, an agenda for a large group action plan meeting, AND a twenty-five day One Another Living Guide for individual and small group study on the “one another” verses!

God wants to use YOU and your friends to make a difference in your world.
But where do you start? Start right where you are!
In Cadre's Evangelism Is Relationships training experience, you will learn to live a biblical process for impacting your world like Jesus.

Session 1: iNTERCEDE
Love the Lord. Making a difference in your world requires the power of the Holy Spirit.
Therefore, you must learn to connect with the heart of God via prayer for those He has placed in your relational sphere of influence.

Session 2: iNVEST
Be a Friend. The natural result of connecting with God's heart is a desire to love people with God's love. We will explore how Jesus intentionally befriended those in his relational sphere of influence—and how we can follow His example.

Session 3: iNTERSECT
Truth and Grace. We'll explore how Jesus brought God's truth and grace to people in His relational sphere of influence. Then, taking our cues from Jesus, we'll explore how to bring God's truth and grace to those in our relational sphere of influence.

Session 4: iNVITE
Share God's Story. God uses ordinary people like you and me to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others. We'll explore how to clearly share God's story, our own God story, and how invite others into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
Each person gets a 28-page training manual AND a 25 day follow-through John 3:16  Factor Living Guide that is good for personal use and great for small group use.
