RAISE UP AND RELEASE

The Common Ground Bakery will be opening July 1st! (To check out a video click, "Keep Reading" below) Rachel is so excited to launch this part of Common Ground's ministry with a great team of volunteers. This has been a vision on her heart for about 15 years. The bakery and the community center, which will be finished over the summer, will provide a great location for mentoring and relational discipleship. Pray for Rachel as she undertakes this project!

We just finished up a wonderful week of ministry. Each year our community works together to serve our children and show them Jesus. This year's theme was from Psalm 34:14b, "Do good. Seek peace and pursue it." It is a blessing to watch another generation grow to know, love, and serve God.

The shell of the new ministry center is up.  The 64x40 building is tall enough for a half basketball court that will double as meeting space. The finished building will also contain classrooms, a kitchen, and bathrooms. We hope to finish the whole project by fall 2017.  Stay tuned for more updates on the progress.
